Our mission statement at South Shore Lock & Key is more than a wall decoration at our Hanover storefront: it’s a roadmap for how we approach each and every job. From answering questions, to scheduling road calls and quoting, to actually being on scene and cutting and programming a key, we strive to live by our mission statement:

Today, we’ll be highlighting the first part of our mission statement: “The mission of South Shore Lock & Key is to serve our neighbors…”
We always have been and always will be a local business, and there are many good reasons for that. From our start as a small side business to now having five technicians, four trucks on the road, and a storefront location in Hanover, our priority has been to serve our local community – including Hanover, Marshfield, Pembroke, Middleboro, Hanson, Halifax, Brockton, Duxbury, Cohasset, Hingham, Scituate, Weymouth, Plymouth, and more – with excellence and integrity in all of their locksmithing needs.
We aren’t a big corporation that’s impossible to get ahold of. We aren’t going to make you go through fifteen layers of AI robots on the phone before you can actually get help. We won’t make you a key and then hide away, making us impossible to get ahold or for questions and concerns. We will be where we always have been: here, your neighbors in the community, ready to secure your home, car, and/or business to the level that you want and deserve. It’s always good to shop local, especially when the shopping is of such import as your vehicle, home, and business security.
