Integrity in Locksmithing: Our Mission Statement, Part 4

Integrity Matters When It Comes to Security

Our mission statement at South Shore Lock & Key is more than a wall decoration at our Hanover storefront: it’s a roadmap for how we approach each and every job. From answering questions, to scheduling road calls and quoting, to actually being on scene and cutting and programming a key, we strive to live by our mission statement:

“The mission of South Shore Lock & Key is to serve our neighbors with excellence and integrity in all their locksmithing needs.”

In our last post, we highlighted why excellence is so important to our service. In today’s post, we’ll be highlighting the third part of our mission statement: “The mission of South Shore Lock & Key is to serve our neighbors with excellence and integrity in all their locksmithing needs…”

When it comes to matters of security for your automobile, home, or business, integrity matters. Anyone who owns an automobile, home, or business knows that your security – your locks, your immobilizer system, your deadbolts, crash bars, and handles – are more than decoration: they are your first line of defense against would be intruders. When you pay someone to help you better secure your life, you need to be able to trust that they have your best interests in mind, rather than their own nefarious purposes.

So why can you trust South Shore Lock & Key? Why do we claim that integrity is so important to us? Here are a few reasons why…

1.) We are licensed and insured in the state of Massachusetts. Along with carrying the necessary insurance, we have MLA (Massachusetts Locksmith Association) and NASTF (National Automotive Security Task Force) licensing, meaning that multiple outside organizations recognize us as trusted security experts.

2.) We are AAA approved. AAA has a list of approved mechanic and body shops, but did you know they also have a list of approved locksmiths? This means all of our technicians do yearly background and safety checks to ensure compliance with AAA’s standards.

3.) We have been trusted locksmiths working with mechanic shops, body shops, dealers, and the general public in the South Shore of MA for over a decade now. This point speaks not only to the breadth of experience we have, but also to the relationships we currently have and have had with our customers in the area for the entirety of our time in business.

Our customers know that we serve our community with the utmost integrity in every single job we take, whether it be master keying a business, fleet keying a line of trucks or vans, making a new key for a European vehicle, installing crash bars and other equipment at businesses, or a simple house rekey. No matter which job we take, we do all the necessary work before, during, and after to make sure that you are receiving the integrity-driven care that you want, need, and deserve.

There are so many businesses out there that it can be hard to know who to trust: we encourage you to read our reviews, check out our highlighted services, and read our mission statement again. We have been the trusted automotive, residential, and commercial locksmiths of the South Shore for thousands of customers over the years, and we will continue to be so for years to come!

Thanks for taking the time to read through this series. We hope you’ve learned a little bit more about what drives us.

You can find part 1 of this series here, where we explain the importance of our mission statement, part two here, where we discuss the importance of being a neighbor, and part three here, where we discuss the importance of excellence in locksmithing.
